Britt:  I am a baker and cake decorator, also run a busy baking blog, tutor & journalist!

Britt:  Hard Q! I LOVE baking and adore writing about it. So maybe the journo/blogging side!

Jackie:  I can see why difficult, so intertwined. what’s currently keeping you awake with excitement abt your biz

Britt:  Not at all. For me, it’s about people using my recipes and recognition in my industry.

Britt:  I would have to say Canada, where I am originally from! I hope to retire out there.

Jackie:  If you were one businesswomen for the day, who would it be?

Britt:  It’s gotta be the Queen of baking herself, Mary Berry.

Jackie:  So what would we do without all those beautiful cakes!! Which quality do u prefer …

Jackie:  .. to work with – maverick / entrepreneur
