Sue Stockdale

Jackie:  Good morning and welcome to #1230KISS, and welcome @suestockdale who is joining us this morning. Hi Sue.

Sue: Good morning everyone

Jackie:  Sorry a small tech hitch It’s lovely to have you here – tell us a little bit about your business please

Sue: My business is helping people to achieve seemingly impossible goals!

That might be getting better in business, or going to their North Pole

I inspire them to believe it is possible and then help them take practical actions to achieve it

Jackie:  Sounds fascinating – and is that what keeps you awake at night with excitement about your business r something else?

Sue:  This may be through a motivational presentation, coaching or a leadership programme as well as signposting them to other support. I inspire them to believe it is possible and then help them take practical actions to achieve it

Sue:  Or people can even read by books Kickstart your Motivation or Secrets of Successful Women Entrepreneurs to be inspired!

Jackie:  Is there anything you’d do differently?

Sue:  I’d be more confident from the start and value my time and expertise more highly

Sue:  Confidence is HUGELY important. If you don’t believe in yourself then its unlikely others will. It starts with YOU!

@WWisewolf: @suestockdale Sue what do you think is special about women entrepreneurs

@wwisewolf Women tend to measure success in business in more ways than just financial they want fun, learning, making a difference

Jackie:  What about success, is it all about money?

Sue: My greatest success was to start up, grow and sell a business. To see the process right the way through was satisfying

@wwisewolf  Women tend to measure success in business in more ways than just financial they want fun, learning, making a difference

Jackie: Final question. What has been your greatest challenge, whether personal or business (and thanks @wwisewolf )

Sue: The greatest challenge was also the same thing, starting up, growing and selling a business. It had MANY highs and LOWS!

Jackie: What dream for your business are you now realising?

Sue:  Working globally to make a bigger difference.

Jackie: Ooh I like that! Thank you Sue, it’s been a pleasure.

Sue: Thanks for inviting me to participate!

Coming next week is Fiona Coppard – same time, same place – 10.30 am Friday 7 October
